How to access your licences and apply them to customers
Before you start
You will need access to both the Valarea Partner Portal and the Administration Portal websites.

If you do not have access to these sites, please contact your Ascentae account manager.
Accessing Purchased Licences
Go to https://partnerportal.remago.com/.
Here you can see your purchased licences
You can see the licence key and the number of available activations under that licence key.
Transferring your licences into the Admin portal
Before applying your licences, you need to activate them with your admin portal.
Copy the licence key from the Partner Portal and switch to the Admin Portal (https://admin.valarea.com/).
To add a licence key to your account, from the side menu, select Licences.
Select '+ Licence'
Copy the licence key.
Activating your licence key - Valarea Room system
On the Valarea Room system, open the Setup Wizard.
One page one, copy your licence key into the activation box. Then click 'Activate'.
Go through the remaining pages of the Wizard to complete setup. Press 'Finish' to save settings.
Activating your licence key - Personal licences
To activate a Wireless Touch Control or full version of the Companion App, the process is different.
Once your licences have been copied into the Admin portal, you can assign these to users.
Select 'Users', enter the licence key.
Enter the user details. When they next sign into the Companion App, they will have access to the full version of the software.
