    Nureva Audio Firmware Update Guide


    Throughout the Firmware process an internet connection will be required.

     

    Step 1. Download and Install Nureva Console Client

     

    The Nureva Console Client is the software used to update Nureva Audio hardware. It’s a free download and easy install on any Windows 10 machine.

    Click the large “Download Now” button and run the installer. Keep clicking “Next” until the install is done, then open Nureva Console Client.

     

    Step 2. Connect the Nureva Audio Device

    Take the Nureva equipment out of it’s packaging and connect is following the diagram’s below, using your laptop as the In room PC:

    Step 3. Update the Firmware

    Once the software is installed and the hardware is connected, your Nureva Console Client should look something like this:

    If not, you may need to restart your PC to get the software to recognize the hardware.

    Click “Start Setup” and keep clicking Next until you see the below screen (you do not need to set the hardware as a Default Device to update the firmware)

     

     

    Click the “Check for updates” button and if there is a new update, an Update button will be visible. Click it and wait for the firmware update to complete. Once it is done, the hardware can be repackaged.

    If the firmware update stalls for 5+ minutes, you can safely restart your PC and try the process again.
