If you encounter validation errors in GoBright, this is due to the room permissions in your Office 365 environment.
You will see an error message similar to this:
This is a relatively simple problem to fix.
- Select the room you wish to update and look for the 'Delegates' section:
- Make sure the GoBright service account is added as a delegate for the room.
- Your service account is usually gobright@yourdomain.com.
- Head back to the GoBright portal once you have added the delegate and you will be able to book the room, including with the new Teams integration feature.
