If you're experiencing issues with NFC cards not being recognised on the Pogo module, please download and install this file:

The file will need to be placed in the root directory on a USB drive that's formatted as FAT32.
If you don't have a USB drive to hand, you can download the file on the browser and run the .apk from the downloads section.
If you decide to download and use a USB, once the USB is inserted, swipe down from the top and select the name of the device. Run the.apk, give all permissions, and then reboot the panel after the installation is complete.
Please also ensure that the PINs are correctly aligned, and the screws are secure.
We have tested this add-on in one of our Experience Centres (Model: APPC-32X) and it's got the Ascentae seal of approval.
