Nialli Workspace Overview
Nialli Workspace offers wide potential to collaborate and develop thoughts, processes and clarity when developing project or process driven opportunities.
The software solution whether cloud based or desktop offers several key features allowing the collaboration of ideas to flourish.
Workspaces
Workspaces are not limited in the number that can be created. Each workspace has an infinite horizontal space for creating and organising content. The workspace becomes even more impressive when working with two monitors or interactive touch panels side by side. The workspace can be stretched across both devices allowing for greater collaborative space.
Notes
From the side menu bar of the Nialli Workspace digital sticky notes can be added allowing text to be added for reference. These text notes can be edited as projects and collaboration ideas develop, as well as allowing a status to be accredited. This could be in progress, paused or blocked represented by the status of the sticky note shown below.
Import
At Nialli we recognise that other documentation plays a pivotal role when working in a collaborative environment. This is why Nialli Workspace allows for the import of images, PDF documents, Word documents and PowerPoint presentation. This allows workflow to develop in the workspace environment.
Sections
As your Nialli Workspace extends on the infinite horizontal space then navigation becomes an important focus. This is why Nialli allow sections to be added, meaning content can be grouped together and easily navigated. This is especially relevant when a space is shared with colleagues who need to develop certain chapters of the project.
QuickShare
QuickShare allows for instant feedback from those who may not have a Nialli account or from those who do. The function works through a generated QR code allowing attendees to scan and access the polling options created by the host. This instant feedback is automatically entered into the chosen group allowing for highly productive expression from any global attendee.
Inking
Inking is a simple yet powerful function on the Nialli Workspace. It allows the user to write over inserted documents or write anywhere on the workspace area. This allows for rough sketching, quick notes and memorable annotations such as circling or starring key pieces of text.
Connectors
Connectors are a method of visualising dependencies whilst in the Nialli Workspace. Connectors move with the attached sticky note and can be colour coordinated if priority is required for one particular stream of the project plan, or indeed if a block is in place at that point in time.
Search
As the workspace expands as the collaboration and project expands it becomes increasingly important to be able to search for a key word or phrase within the workspace. Nialli have built in a search facility allowing such an undertaking, saving time and effort in scrolling through a workspace. This is ideal if quick changes are required to specified topics for instance.
Content
Whilst you will probably want to keep your content in the Nialli Workspace platform we realise the importance of being able to transport the content in other formats. For this reason a workspace can be saved in not only the Nialli format but in PDF and Excel formats.
In short the Nialli Workspace solution offers a productive, collaborative and importantly global solution when developing project or process driven opportunities.
Additional Information
Collaborators can access the Nialli Workspace software through web browsers, desktop application and mobile devices. The Windows application allows co-located collaborators to use the software simultaneously on an interactive touch display.
Nialli Workspace is deployed on the Microsoft Azure Cloud and leverages industry standard encryption from creation to transit to storage. Support for Single Sign-On, OpenID Connect, SCIM 2.0 and Microsoft Active Directory allows enterprise customers to manage authentication, authorisation, and use of the product.
Nialli Workspace can be used on large touch displays that run on Windows 10 including Nureva Walls
