Mago Room Management Console
Overview
The Mago Room Management Console is a key part of the Mago ecosystem and an account should be set up for every organisation deploying Mago Room.
This allows the customer to remotely manage their Mago Room systems, update software and identify & resolve issues before they become problems in the meeting rooms.
Creating an Account
Prior to installing Mago Room and activating the licence, create an admin account on the Mago Management Console.
This will allow you to download the latest version of software and manage the Mago Room once the installation is complete.
Visit https://admin.mago.io/ to create your account.
A email will be sent to confirm your account details. Follow the instructions on the email to activate your account.
Adding Licences to the Mago Console
Once your account is created, add your licences to the portal to enable management and analytics of your Mago Rooms. Do this prior to installing Mago Room on your systems.
Go to the Licences section of the Mago Console. Click Add Licence
Enter the licence information and Submit. Once the licence is activated, the Mago Room will be shown in the Rooms section of the Console.
